Home Healthcare Aide

Home Healthcare Aide

Home Healthcare Aides, provide in-home assistance with light house-keeping and activities of daily living (ADLs); include but not limited to: laundry, cooking, cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, taking out the garbage and other household chores. They are also known to provide companionship or chair-side assist for individuals that need to be constantly monitored.

What’s included:CPR and First AID certified, Police Clearance, Valid Photo ID.

Personal Support Worker

Personal Support Worker

Personal Support Workers provide support with Activities of Daily Living: assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, showers, light meal-prep and light house keeping including visits into the community and outings.

What’s included: PSW Diploma or Certificate, Valid CPR and First AID certified, Police Clearance, Valid Photo ID.

Registered Practical Nurses

Registered Practical Nurses

Registered Practical Nurses(s) provide nursing, assessments, care plans and medication etc to individuals in hospitals, residences, assisted living, independent living and community group homes as well on an as needed basis.

What’s included: Valid CNO registration, CPR and First AID certified, Police Clearance, Valid Photo ID and many other qualifications**.

Registered Nurses provide mainly administration and management of staff in a facility staffing environment including hospitals, long term care facilities, retirement living, hospices etc.

Addictions workers

Addictions workers

Provide assistance and support to individuals receiving treatment at an addiction center – mainly targeted at adults/youth. We will help you to stay closer and alert of our beloved ones and avoid them to fall back into addictions.

Behavioral Aides

Behavioral Aides

Behavioral Aides, provide assistance and support to individuals with behavioral issues. Assistance could be both to the individual themselves as well as to families of the individuals – Usually for individuals diagnosed with ADHD, ADD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Child and Youth Workers, provide complex care support and programming to individuals in schools, shelters and group homes, community and mental health centers as well as correctional facilities.

Osteo-fitness instructor(s) provide programming and on-going instructions to remain healthy and fit and specially to maintain strong bone health for the elderly usually through day programming initiatives.

Occupational Therapist(s) provide rehabilitation to individuals that have suffered physical trauma – programming and services provided in a community setting.

Medical/Clinical records assistant

Medical/Clinical records assistant

Medical records assistant/Clinical administration assistant(s) organize and manage patients’ health information data, ensuring paperwork is properly filled out maintaining accuracy and accessibility of files. Ensure all files are secure. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals related to the practice.

PhysioTherapist

PhysioTherapist

PhysioTherapist(s) provide clinical assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans for clients. Also provide on-going evaluations of client progress.

Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist

Dental hygienist(s) remove soft and hard deposits from teeth, teach patients how to practice good oral hygiene, and provide other preventive dental care; examine patients’ teeth and gums, recording the presence of diseases or abnormalities.

We are constantly growing and have a wide variety of shifts that you can choose from. We have long shifts, short shifts, day shifts, night shifts and other flexible shifts as well. We are available 24/7 for emergencies and on-call requests and we will work around your schedule.

Ask4Care currently has 3 office locations, Toronto, Brampton and Barrie. We provide services all over Canada and are constantly growing our footprint from East to West. Staff wishing to register are encouraged to apply to the office closest to their location for accommodation with work schedules and client proximity.
